We’ll give you really great rates for any stay lasting a week (seven consecutive nights). The concept couldn’t be simpler. THE LONGER YOU STAY, THE LESS YOU PAY!
Our easy accommodation agreements offer unrivalled value for money. You stay as long as you like and you pay specially discounted rates.
A few examples:
Studios
- Degressiv’weeks (Base 7 consecutive nights) : When you stay a week, you pay a total of 59,500 XPF for our Hibiscus studio - just 8,500 XPF per night, a significant saving on the overnight rate (17,400 XPF)!
If you stay a 2nd week, the average rate drops to 8,100 XPF per night, a total of 56,700 XPF for the week.
And so on: the average rate drops to 7,800 XPF per night for the 3rd week, and 7,600 XPF per night for the 4th week. - Degressiv’stays (Base 30 consecutive nights) : When you stay a month, you pay a total of 210,000 XPF for our Hibiscus studio - just 7,000 XPF per night, a significant saving on the overnight rate (17,400 XPF)!
If you stay a 2nd month, the daily rate drops to 6,900 XPF per night, a total of 207,000 XPF for the month.
The rate per night for a 6th month drops to 6,630 XPF. And so on. The total cost for a 12th month is 189,900 XPF (6,330 XPF per night).
Suites
- Degressiv’weeks (Base 7 consecutive nights) : The weekly rate for our magnificent Port de France suite is 83,300 XPF, just 11,900 XPF per night (compared to the standard o/n rate of 24,600 XPF)!
If you stay a 2nd week, the average daily rate drops to 10,900 XPF per night, a total of 76,300 XPF for the week.
And so on: the average rate drops to 9,900 XPF per night for the 3rd week, and 8,900 XPF per night for the 4th week. - Degressiv’stays (Base 30 consecutive nights) : The monthly rate for our magnificent Port de France suite is 249,900 XPF, just 8,330 XPF per night (compared to the standard o/n rate of 24,600 XPF)!
If you stay a 2nd month, the daily rate drops to 8,180 XPF per night, a total of 245,400 XPF for the month.
The rate per night for a 6th month drops to 7,840 XPF. And so on. The total cost for a 12th month is 225,000 XPF (7,500 XPF per night).
