GENERAL SALES CONDITIONSBOOKING CONFIRMATIONFor all booking confirmations, please send us by fax, post or email, a credit card number together with its expiry date.Any booking that is not honoured will be charged for in full. So as to avoid this inconvenience, we advise you to cancel your booking by any means you choose. PREPAYMENT at the start of your stayEvery stay must be paid for upon arrival.For stays at the package rate, the bill is settled for periods of 7 nights at a time, starting from the date of arrival. To benefit from package rates, prepayment must be made at the start of each package. If not, we will have to charge the public rate for any nights for which prepayment has not been made. INCIDENTAL EXPENSESTo cover incidental expenses (telephone, food and drinks, laundry, shop …), an imprint of a signed bank card (or failing that, a cash deposit of 60,000 F CFP) will be required as a payment guarantee. The deposit is obligatory.In the same way as for the packages, incidental expenses must be paid for each week. ARRIVAL-DEPARTUREThe apartments are available from 13.30 and must be vacated no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Bookings are confirmed up to 20.00. Please inform us of any late arrival (flight times).MAINTENANCE OF THE STUDIOS AND SUITESAll studios and suites are maintained daily. Any additional cleaning or changing of sheets or towels will be charged to the guest. Please contact reception for prices.PETSOur four-legged friends are welcome at Hotel Le Stanley…A single pet is accepted per apartment for a payment of 1,000 F CFP per day and provided that it does not disturb guests or endanger them, that basic hygiene rules are observed and that the integrity of the facilities is respected. It must be kept on a leash. Pets are not allowed around the pool area or in catering facilities. CANCELLATION POLICY(CONSULT MR GLOUX-BAUCHET OR PATRICIA BEFORE ANY ENFORCEMENT)CANCELLATION MORE THAN 15 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL : 20% OF THE PLANNED STAY WILL BE CHARGED CANCELLATION 07 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL : 50% OF THE PLANNED STAY WILL BE CHARGED CANCELLATION 01 TO 07 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL : THE ENTIRE PLANNED STAY WILL BE CHARGED VALID UNTIL 31 January 2011. |
